BRENTWOOD, Tenn. (WTVF) — The Brentwood Family YMCA has closed "out of an abundance of caution" following an employee testing positive for the coronavirus.

The YMCA sent an email to members on Saturday, saying an employee at their Concord Road facility has a confirmed cased of COVID-19.

They said the employee was last there on March 5th. They've closed this facility and their Christ Church location, because the two share several staff members.

The YMCA plans to do a deep cleaning of both buildings. They said they hope to reopen Monday at regular hours.

They added that all YMCAs of Middle Tennessee will suspend group programming starting March 16th.
