Smashville escaped from the extreme heat by taking to the ice at Bridgestone Arena's glow in the dark skate.
The arena was open to the public Friday and it lasted until 10:30 p.m.
A skate was $15 for an hour and skates were included.
It was the last time to skate on the Stanley Cup Final logo.
