Murfreesboro Police officers have asked for the public’s help in identifying a suspect, who stole tools from Fessler Home Improvement.
Officers said while the van's owner was out assessing a job, the man caught on surveillance video was looking for a quick way to pilfer through his van.
The man seemed to case the van and the building to make sure the coast is clear before making his move to the other side.
He eventually made off with tools the business owner said was very important to his sub-contractor.
Police believed it wasn't his first theft, and said he matched the description of someone wanted for several other thefts, but have yet to be able to identify him.
Officials asked anyone who recognized the suspect to call Murfreesboro Police.
