SPENCER, Tenn. (WTVF) — One person has died and another is hurt after a car was swept away by floodwaters in Van Buren County.
The county emergency manager reported a flash flood on Wednesday around 4:40 p.m. swept the car off Mooneyham Lonewood Road.
Two people were inside the vehicle at the time. One person died and the other was rescued.
