A child was hit by a vehicle which getting off the school bus in White Bluff.
According to Dickson County Director of Schools Dr. Danny Weeks, the student was being let off the bus at his home on Petty Road Wednesday afternoon.
That's when a car came up from behind the bus passed another vehicle that was stopped and hit the student.
The child was taken to Dickson Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the vehicle was being detained at the scene.
