CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Filmmakers can now register for Clarksville’s 52-hour film festival.

Registration is open until February 20. Filmmakers have 52 hours to create a 4-7 minute film. The public screening is scheduled from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. Saturday, March 28, at the Roxy Regional Theatre.

“We know Clarksville has some amazing artists and we’re really hoping to see their talents,” said Maggie Houts, Event Planning Specialist for Clarksville Parks & Recreation. “It doesn’t matter if you have the best gear or just your phone. We are looking for filmmakers who can create a captivating story in 52 hours or less.”

You must be 14 or older to participate. Registration is free for high school students but limited to the first five groups.
