A man was killed after being hit by a car in Clarksville, officers have asked for the public’s help in gathering information.
The crash happened just before 6:30 p.m. Friday on Fort Campbell Boulevard near Ringgold Road.
Edmond Weaver, 56, of Clarksville was transported by ambulance, but later died at the hospital.
The cause of the crash was unclear and under investigation.
Neither drugs nor alcohol were believed to be involved in the crash.
The road was reduced to one lane of traffic on both sides.
