Clarksville Politician Arrested On Theft Of Property Charge

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. - Clarksville politician Credo Amouzouvik was arrested Thursday night for theft of property.

Amouzouvik was accused of stealing $119 worth of speakers from the Walmart on Madison Street and attempting to exchange them for a refund.

Back In 2012, Amouzouvik, who campaigned under his first name, Credo, ran with the Democratic nomination against Republican Marsha Blackburn.

In 2014, he lost the nomination to Dan Cramer. He was defeated in both races.
