Comcast looking to hire customer care representatives in Tennessee

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Comcast has announced its plan to hire more than 80 new customer care representatives across the state.

The hiring locations include Nashville, Cookeville, Memphis and Chattanooga.

In a press release, Comcast officials said the positions are virtual/work-from-home and support the customer experience through troubleshooting technical problems and assisting other general account inquiries.
