COOKEVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Police officers in Cookeville have located the 4-year-old who disappeared with a 23-year-old man on Thursday. The child is safe.
The child was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt and camo pants and was believed to be with Elio Pascual-Andres.
Officials said they were concerned for the child's safety but didn't believe the boy is in immediate danger.
Pascual-Andres was wanted for domestic assault and is now in custody.
