Senator Bob Corker met with Presidential candidate, Donald Trump, to discuss what he said was national policy, not his Chances to be Trump’s running mate.
The Chattanooga businessman met with Trump Monday morning at the Trump Tower in New York.
“We talked bigger picture really relative to foreign policy, domestic issues, a little about how the campaign is unfolding,” said Corker. “We had never talked except on the phone. It was more of a get to know each other kind of meeting.”
Corker is the Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
