Two people have been found guilty of assault an assault that happened outside a Davidson County court room.
The fight happened after two women, who are acquaintances, got thrown out of a courtroom for talking.
That's when the victim said Donsarae Sweat and Perry Shannon came running toward her and attacked. Video cameras in the hallway captured the entire event.
One officer, who happened to be in the hallway at the time, saw it all, and jumped in to help.
In total Ms. Sweat and Mr. Shannon were sentenced to 11 months, 29 days. After serving 20 days in jail, they will be on probation for the remainder of their sentence.
