Officers with the Goodlettsville Police Department have arrested a man believed to be responsible for assaulting an elderly man in a Cracker Barrel restaurant.
Jason R. Davis was arrested Friday for robbing a senior citizen while he was getting lunch.
The victim reported that the man stole $60 after pushing the man to the ground. The suspect suffered three broken ribs and an injured back.
Police attributed the arrest to tips from the community.
