A two-vehicle crash has blocked lanes of State Highway 111 in Putnam County.
The incident happened early Wednesday morning along northbound lanes near Old Sparta Road.
Tennessee Highway Patrol troopers said Highway 111 is blocked by the crash.
Additional details were not known. The investigation remained ongoing.
