A crash has caused delays on Interstate 40 West in Humphreys County.
The incident was reported at 12:18 p.m. Monday at mile marker 136, just east of the Tennessee River.
It involved a commercial vehicle and an armored vehicle transporting coins. The crash caused the many coins to be scattered on the road and median.
The company sent workers to the road to retrieve their coins.
The Tennessee Department of Transportation said the wreck isn’t expected to be cleared until 5 p.m.
