MRUFREESBORO, Tenn. – Power outages were reported in Murfreesboro after a driver crashed into a pole along a busy street.
The incident happened Wednesday morning on Clark Boulevard near Leaf Avenue.
It was unclear as to why the driver veered off the roadway.
The car appeared to have struck the pole head-on in the crash. No injuries were immediately reported.
Crews were on the scene working to repair the pole and remove the car from.
A portion of westbound Clark Boulevard was blocked while officials remained on the scene.
No additional details were known.
