NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Crews have been seen taking apart sections of Fort Nashborough.
The fort had been slated to be demolished and rebuilt this summer, but since the project was tied to the now defeated $100 million flood-wall plan, it has been unclear when the fort will be rebuilt.
The current fort was built in the 1960's as a reproduction of the earliest white settlement in the area.
NewsChannel 5's Chris Conte found out much more about the recent work at the fort.
