SUMMARY: A 14-year-old boy was shot and killed as four young men sat in a vehicle early one morning. Zachary Able, 19, was charged after detectives say he originally lied about how Clayton Gangji died. Police believed Able was handling a pistol when it discharged and struck Gangji.

STATUS: Zachary Able charged with criminal homicide. He pled guilty to reckless homicide on August 23 and was sentenced to 30 months in prison.
