SUMMARY: Damelvian Evans, 19, died after being shot at Hot Kicks shoe and clothing store on Clarksville Pike. Witnesses told police that Evans and two other men entered the store armed with guns at 11 p.m. Myles Owens, 22, told police he wrestled one of their guns away and exchanged fire with at least one of them. Two other people were shot. The District Attorney will decide if charges will be filed.
STATUS: The District Attorney will decide if Myles Owens acted in self-defense.
