SUMMARY: Joseph Hull, 19, was sitting on the sidewalk outside his girlfriend’s car when he was shot by a suspect armed with an AK-47 rifle. Witnesses identified Rondarius Miller as the man who shot Hull and fled towards a nearby alleyway. Police found him hiding under clothing in his mother’s bedroom.
STATUS: Rondarius Miller charged with criminal homicide.
