A power outage has forced Croft Design Center Middle Prep. school in Nashville to close early.
Metro Nashville Public Schools announced Monday morning that the school was dismissing at 12:35 p.m.
Due to a power outage, @ZooSchoolMNPS will be dismissing at 12:35 p.m. Bus routes & parent pickup will follow normal dismissal procedures.

MNPS officials said a tree branch severed a power pole next to the school. It could be hours before electricity is restored to the area.
Buses would run but parents can also pick up their children at the school.
