NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A former Davidson County employee filed a lawsuit against circuit court clerk Richard Rooker accusing him of sexual harassment.
The lawsuit claims Rooker forced her to engage in sexual acts. She claims it began in 2006, when Rooker asked her to kiss him, then perform oral sex on him. She says she complied because he was her supervisor.
According to the lawsuit, Rooker also forced her to have sex twice. She claims the harassment continued weekly until last February.
She retired last year.
