Deputies make arrests as firefighters battle fire

MAURY COUNTY, Tenn. (WTVF) — Multiple people were tased and arrested after officials say they caused a disturbance while firefighters responded to a fire.

According to Maury County Sheriff's officials, the fire broke out Sunday at a home on Roy Thompson Road in the Hampshire community.

Multiple rounds of ammunition exploded during and even put holes through a window, making an already dangerous situation even more dangerous for firefighters on scene.

A disturbance also happened while firefighters were on scene, which led to Sheriff's deputies having to tase two people and make three arrests.
