Officials with the Montgomery County's animal control have asked for the public’s help in identifying an abandoned dog abandoned in deplorable conditions.
They found the animal on Ussery Road, and rushed him to Sango Veterinary Hospital.
The Animal Control workers named the dog "Ulysses."
He had a high fever, mange, and they say his eyes will need to be removed because of an infection.
A GoFundMe account has been set by concerned citizens to care for Ulysses.
