Hundreds of women enjoyed a day of pampering, and a chance to try out some new beauty products.
The 4th annual Dollar General "Day of Beauty" was held at the Music City Center.
NewsChannel 5 anchor Vicki Yates moderated a panel of featured speakers, including actress Elise Neal.
Women got to enjoy beauty consultations, and learn how to save money on products for multicultural shoppers.
“So this event is really about show casing dollar general's products with the community and letting our customers know we have the beauty finds they need,” said Yolanda Mwai, brand ambassador for Dollar General.
All of the women who attended walked away with bags full of free samples.
