Driver dies after single-vehicle crash on Andrew Jackson Parkway

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — One person has died as a result of a single-vehicle crash on Andrew Jackson Parkway early Sunday morning.

Adam Swor, 36, was driving his 2013 BMW SUV down the parkway near Highland View Drive when he lost control of the car while rounding a curve.

Swor crossed over the southbound lanes and struck several trees before re-entering the roadway.

Police have said there was evidence of alcohol involvement on the scene. Toxicology testing will be conducted to determine if alcohol played a role in the crash.
