NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Crews were forced to clean up a huge mess after a dump truck hauling concrete spilled debris onto Interstate 40 West.
The incident happened early Monday morning in the westbound lanes near White Bridge Road.
It was unclear as to what caused the truck to lose the load of concrete.
Crews with the Tennessee Department of Transportation used a bobcat to scrape up most of the debris.
The incident caused a major delay for many commuters on the interstate.
No additional details were known.
