The first ever Middle Tennessee State University Hack MT was a huge success.

The 36-hour event kicked off Friday night and finished up on Sunday.

More than 200 students started the competition to create computer games, apps, gadgets, and much more.

It was an adrenaline-filled learning experience - one that left all the students exhausted!

“We got a crash course over the last 36 hours on just working with information, data,” said Randy Davis, an MTSU Senior. “We really got to see, as students, how that’s streamlined into a real environment.”

Congratulations to MTSU-based Star Jam team members who earned the Gold Motherboard Award.
