Metro Schools and the Mayor of Nashville teamed up to cut the ribbon on a new enrollment center.
The ribbon-cutting Friday was at the Global Mall at the Crossings in Antioch.
The new enrollment center has been set to also offer English Learner Assessment and registration services on site.
“What we want is to provide those services for our EL kids, so that they can get registered and tested as quickly as possible, so that they can be as successful as possible, quickly,” Mayor Megan Barry said.
The new center was a larger replacement for the enrollment centers that used to be at Antioch and Cane Ridge High Schools.
