An elderly man in Montgomery County has been arrested after allegedly having inappropriate contact with a teenager.
Clarksville Police said 74-year-old Arthur Mulkey has been charged with sexual battery in the case. He allegedly had inappropriate contact with a female teenager under the age of 18.
Details of the alleged incident were not provided.
Police said the grand jury returned a sealed indictment for four counts of sexual battery by an authority figure.
He was served warrants on Monday and booked into the Montgomery County Jail on a $30,000 bond.
