Two candidates hoping to be the next Governor of Tennessee are participating in a debate in Memphis.
Democrat Karl Dean and Republican Bill Lee will face off at the University of Memphis. The event gets underway at 6 p.m.
Dean was elected Nashville Mayor in 2007 then re-elected in 2011.
Lee is a cattle farmer and chairman of a mechanical contracting, facilities, and home services company.
