NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — The Nashville Mayoral race is heating up with the election a little more than a month away, but you want to vote, you'll have to make sure you're registered.
The registration deadline to vote in the August election is July 2.
You can register online or submit an application to your county election commission.
You will need an ID issued by the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security to register online. If you don't have one, you will have to fill out a paper form.
