Seven new schools in Tennessee including two in Bedford County will be putting on Disney Musicals.
Tennessee Performing Arts Center is in its eighth year of Disney Musicals in Schools.
Teachers were able to meet each other Wednesday night and take a look at the shows they'll be working on. The programs are part of an initiative developed by Disney Theatrical Productions to create sustainable theater programs in under-resourced schools.
TPAC was the first place Disney expanded the program to outside of New York City. So far, it's worked with about 5,000 students.
