The family of a Nashville couple still missing after a terrorist attack in Brussels has travelled overseas in hopes of finding them.
Justin and Stephanie Shults’ family members were devastated Wednesday to learn they had been given wrong information.
Nashville Couple's Status Unclear; Possibly Still Missing
They were told the two had been located on an injured list, but in fact, Justin and Stephanie were still missing.
Justin's mother, Sheila Shell, was on her way to Belgium Thursday to help find them.
"One minute they were there and then they weren't, and we've been searching and looking for them ever since," she said. “It was very frustrating trying to get somebody, and finally I called Senator Bob Corker's office.”
The Shults met while attending Vanderbilt University. They lived in Nashville before moving to Brussels for work.
