A fiery, double fatal crash has closed a portion of Interstate 24 West in Marion County.
The incident was reported along westbound lanes at mile marker 165 in Whiteside, located about 15 miles southwest of Chattanooga.
Details of the wreck were unclear.

Tennessee Highway Patrol troopers confirmed the roadway would be closed for several hours.
At least two vehicles, an SUV and a semi were involved. Photos from the scene showed the badly charred vehicles, along with large amounts of debris in the roadway.
Two people were confirmed dead in the crash.
