FLORIDA — Florida's Governor-elect is reviewing a report about the Parkland School shooting, so that he can make some major decisions.

The report detailed failure after failure for 458 pages. It blamed security, the school, law enforcement along with social workers and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

It says a lot of leaders ignored warnings about the shooter. The report recommended letting some teachers carry guns - a very controversial idea.

The Governor-elect and Florida's legislature are deciding on action.

That includes possibly suspending the "Broward County Sheriff" for his team's response.
