NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A man who just this week was a caseworker for the Department of Children's Services has been facing charges of sexual battery.

It was an attack that happened while he was on the job.

Eulice Handy, age 42, no longer works for DCS, but he was still employed on Tuesday and was visiting a home in La Vergne to assess the living conditions.

Those with the TBI said Handy made contact with a woman in that home, and they added he had sexual contact without her consent.

The TBI arrested Handy Thursday and charged him with one count of sexual battery.

He was being held on a $25,000 bond.
