NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Former President Jimmy Carter is scheduled to make an appearance in Nashville Thursday.
Carter will be at the Nashville Public Library's main branch to talk about his new memoir, “A Full Life: Reflections at Ninety.”
Tickets aren’t required to attend the event but anyone who would like an autographed copy, will have to purchase it from Parnassus Books.
Carter served as the 39th President from 1977 to 1981.
The event was set to begin at the library at 4:30 p.m.
