Franklin unveiled their new Master and Makers Trail, connecting breweries, wineries and distilleries one glass at a time.
The 70-mile trail connects multiple beverage businesses throughout Williamson County.
"These are the things that bring people together anyway. Why not enjoy it while you're here visiting our beautiful state, our beautiful county," said Mike Peters, Assistant Brewer at Mantra Artisan Ales.
Mantrahas been open just over a year and a half. It's now one of five others including, Arrington Vineyards, Mill Creek Brewing, H Clark Distillery, and Leiper's Fork Distillery to join the new tourism network.
Ellie Chin is the President & CEO of Williamson County Convention & Visitors Bureau.
Chin said the county partnered with "Lyft" so visitors can make a day of it and still get home safely.
She hopes one day, the trail will connect dozens of local businesses.
"If one of the dairies for instance wants to jump on board and join us people can go out to one of the dairies. If a restaurant says 'we make everything fresh here every day' then great let's put them on the trail," she said.
Chase Vienneau is a wine maker at Arrington Vineyards.
"We would love to see more wineries. We'd love to see more distilleries, coming to the county," Vienneau said.
