BRENTWOOD, Tenn. (WTVF) — Police are investigating a Genesis Diamonds robbery that was literally "through the roof."
Officers say the theft occurred at the sometime overnight Saturday, December 21, at Genesis Diamonds in Brentwood. It appears the suspects climbed to the roof, then entered the building through the ceiling.
Police did not receive an alarm.
The burglary was discovered by employees when they arrived at work Sunday. Jewelry had been taken from the glass display cases. The extent of what was taken is under investigation.
Police have no known suspects at this time.
