A Goodlettsville father has been charged with criminal negligent homicide.
According to court records, 31-year-old Robert Turner was charged with criminal negligent homicide and reckless endangerment for an incident that happened on Nov. 21.
Turner’s son was accidentally shot by one of the child’s siblings on the 21st in their family home.
He told investigators they were playing with the pet cat with a laser mounted on a gun.
Robert was set to be arraigned on Jan. 13.
