FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVF) — Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear confirmed 45 new cases of COVID-19 in Kentucky, bringing the state total to 439 cases.

After hearing several reports of churches still gathering, crowds gathering at stores and individuals ignoring the state's orders, Gov. Beshear sternly urged residents to stay home and apart from one another.
