A special World War II veteran met with Governor Bill Haslam on Tuesday.
Sidney Walton, age 99, wants to spread awareness of the decreasing number of World War II vets.
Walton missed the chance to meet Civil War veterans and wants to make sure people don't miss out on the experience he did.
