NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Governor Bill Haslam has planned to head to Israel.
The Republican governor will be joined by state economic development officials and representatives from different research institutions.
A spokesman said the trip has been aimed at fostering relationships between both entrepreneurs and researchers in Tennessee and Israel.
It appeared the focus will be on the biomedical and technology fields.
