Officials with the Greenbrier Police Department have decided to no longer use body cameras.
The Chief said the department had to return the cameras after 10 of the 12 they bought broke, but decided against using them all together in the meantime.
The Chief said he was refunded for the cameras.
The original plan was for Greenbrier to have nine of its 15 officers wearing body cameras by early October.
