If you're new to Nashville -- or just looking for a way to beat the summer heat -- Hatch Show Print, located inside the Country Music Hall of Fame, has 139 years of history to explore.
Since 1879, the print shop has made posters letter by letter, block by block, for musicians and performers all over the world.
Celene Aubry is the print shop manager. She navigates walls of wooden blocks and drawers of letters.
She insists letter-press printing, although more time consuming than doing it digitally, is worth the wait.
"It's one color at a time, one piece of paper at a time," she said. "I appreciate digital design, but I'll go for handmade any day."
The shop has workshops for the public. You can get your hands dirty and design your own artwork.
"Making posters this way as we have for so long preserves the process and it preserves the knowledge."
