For the tenth year, the Healing Field is taking place in Murfreesboro.

The Flags of Remembrance can be viewed in the large field next to First United Methodist Church in the 200 block of West Thompson Lane.

The Healing Field, sponsored by the Murfreesboro Noon Exchange Club, is a tribute to our military veterans and heroes.

The flags can be seen in the Healing Field from Saturday, May 26 through Memorial Day on Monday, May 28.

“Those who have visited earlier Murfreesboro Healing Field events know what to expect and will not be disappointed,” Anna Ashton, project chair, said on the club’s website. “Those visiting the event for the first time are in for an awe-inspiring experience. “

It is free to visit the field, and those wishing to purchase a flag or make a donation can click here.
