Hendersonville Police arrest 5 people after finding 4 stolen vehicles

HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. — Five people, including two 16-year-olds, were arrested in connection to multiple stolen vehicles and several other crimes.

The group was spotted Monday by a Hendersonville Police officer on patrol at an apartment complex. The officer noticed them because they were in a stolen vehicle from Murfreesboro.

Police learned that the group used a stolen vehicle from West Nashville in order to stealing the vehicle from Murfreesboro. They had also burglarized vehicles in the apartment complex.

Police say the subjects are also believed to be connected to several other incidents crossing into several other jurisdictions.

Annisha Johnson, 21, Dvonte Blivens, 18, Decarlo Churchwell, 18, and a 16-year-old juvenile were arrested for possession of stolen property over $2,500 and two counts of burglary to a vehicle.

Later that day, police recovered two additional stolen vehicles out of Nashville that were found together. Police arrested a 16 -year-old juvenile driving one of the vehicles and are currently following leads concerning the second vehicle.

Court was set for the adults on March 27, 2019 in Sumner County General Sessions Court. Bond was not available at the time of this release. Photographs of the adults were attached to this release.
