Two mid-state high schools, John Overton High School and Antioch High School were barred from football playoffs after a post-game brawl.

The fight broke out after the game between the two schools last week and lasted several minutes. Metro Nashville Police officers called to get everything and everyone under control.

On Thursday, TSSAA officials ruled that both schools can't take part in any post-season play this year and next - should they qualify. The schools were also fined $2,000 each.
