A 17-year-old senior at Hillsboro High School has been arrested for having a loaded gun on campus, police said.
The incident was reported at the school located on Hillsboro Pike in Nashville.
Officials with Metro Nashville Police said the student had a loaded .40 caliber pistol in his car.
He allegedly pointed the gun at two students on Wednesday.
His name was not released.
